On my first flight to Dublin, a thoughtful Flight Attendant filled a piece of paper, front and back, with great recommendations for places to visit. My wife & I had a memorable first trip to Ireland. Last year, on his last trip to Barcelona before retiring, a Captain gave us a personal tour of his favorite cathedral where we watched the sunset overlooking the city from the roof, took us to a pub where Pacaso hung out, and finished by introducing us to black rice and Catalan cuisine.
